Mernphis provides a subscription management platform designed for mobile-money markets. Our Service enables businesses to manage subscriptions, automate renewals, track revenue, and integrate with mobile money payment systems.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mernphis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. API Usage

If you use our API:

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mernphis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
